Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Fostering Team at Oldham Council, working in partnership with Randstad Care.
About the Role:
As a Social Worker in our Fostering Team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting foster families, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children in care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of foster families to ensure they meet the needs of children in care.
- Develop and implement support plans to help foster families provide a stable and nurturing environment for children.
- Work closely with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to ensure children receive the support they need.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children in care, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
