About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Intern. As a key member of our DEI team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic programs aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion across our organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate DEI initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
  • Support the planning and coordination of workshops, events, and campaigns to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in DEI.
  • Provide support and guidance to Employee Groups focused on diversity and inclusion.
  • Contribute to internal and external communications promoting DEI initiatives and accomplishments.
