Job Summary:
We are seeking an Observational Scientist to join our team. As an Observational Scientist, you will be responsible for writing study protocols (SAPs), contributing to projects using real-world healthcare data assets, guiding analysts to explore RWD, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Write study protocols (SAPs)
- Contribute to projects using real-world healthcare data assets
- Guide analysts to explore RWD
- Contribute to research strategy within the product team and epidemiology TA
- Provide input into epidemiology department meetings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in epidemiology, drug development, and healthcare RWD

Requirements:
- Doctorate in Epidemiology, Statistics, Genetic Epidemiology, or other subjects with high epidemiologic content
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing epidemiology studies in Pharmaceutical or Public Health settings
- Experience in research supporting drug development
- Familiarity with large databases like MDV, JMDC, or DeSC
- Experience in project planning and management, working in multi-disciplinary teams, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals

Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
