Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team in Northampton. This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift truck to transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse. To succeed in this position, you must possess a valid B2 licence and previous experience driving FLT in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong safety standards and physical fitness are also essential requirements. Some manual handling experience is necessary, and a D1 reach license is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods around the warehouse. You will also need to have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and be able to follow instructions from management. Additionally, you will need to be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £15.39 per hour during the day and £16.98 per hour at night, with overtime rates of £22.00 and £24.22 respectively.
