Job Title: Senior Software Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Controls Engineer to join our team at Actemium Automation Hampshire. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software solutions for our clients in the oil and gas sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA software to meet customer requirements.
  • Advise customers on automation solutions and best practices for control system architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site surveys and assist with project quotations.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
  • Experience with industrial networks and communication protocols.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
