Commodity Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a skilled Commodity Acquisition Expert to join our team at MacTaggart Scott. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality commodities to support project delivery.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective commodity acquisition strategies, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement effective commodity acquisition strategies to support project delivery
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality commodities and optimal pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Identify and promote commodity solutions to deliver increased cost savings, leadtime reduction, and improved quality
• Manage commodity data and maintain accurate records on systems, including ERP
