Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality support to pupils with additional needs.

Your key responsibilities will include motivating and encouraging pupils, monitoring their progress and reporting to the class teacher, participating in general classroom activities, and providing support to pupils with SEN. You will also communicate effectively with parents and carers, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
