HVAC Supervisor

Project Start Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee HVAC Technician/Engineers across 100 sites in the Midlands Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading HVAC teams to ensure all services are completed to the agreed standard and comply with all regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Representing the company professionally and developing good working relationships with HVAC technicians and customers.
• Dealing promptly with all Help Desk calls and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Ensuring maintenance of FGas obligations and supporting engineers through training.

Qualifications required:

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical Equivalent Qualification
• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum
• ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum
• City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition
• Fully conversant with all major manufacturers' systems and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
• Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to extract, collate, and present data
• Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization, and project management skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong results focus, taking accountability for own performance

In return, our client is offering a total package of up to £53,131 per annum, including on-call every 1 in 4 weeks, travel time, company vehicle, uniform, healthcare, pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).
