We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and finishing at 3 pm on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and coordination of sales activities.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  3. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate with multiple internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining sales records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and SAGE is preferred but not essential.
