**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Manager to join our Business Operations team at Vodafone. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive innovation and strategic change within the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall architecture of Business Operations, ensuring alignment with Vodafone's strategy and business objectives. They will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture framework for Business Operations, including design and implementation of architectures for new initiatives and projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders on architectural principles and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for Business Operations, aligning with Vodafone's overall corporate strategy.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into architectural designs, working closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • Masters' degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic change and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Vodafone's technology landscape and industry trends.
