Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the CV-Library team as a part-time timetabler. The role is hybrid, working 4 days per week and initially expected to last 6 months. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the timetabling process, managing attendance monitoring inbox, processing meeting notes, setting up meetings, using specialist software to create student feedback forms and QR codes, and general office administration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a quick learner, adaptable, accurate, and flexible. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams, and be able to quickly pick up and adapt to different software packages.
