Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery of our Early Careers Programmes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, select, and develop top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our Early Careers Programmes, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Assessment Centres: Design and deliver virtual assessment centres, including training for managers involved in the recruitment process.
- HR Point of Contact: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for undergraduate and summer placement queries, providing guidance and support throughout the programme.
- Recruitment Management: Work closely with hiring managers to agree recruitment numbers, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new programme participants.
- Remuneration and Benefits: Collaborate with the Remuneration and Benefits team to agree starting salaries, joining bonuses, and other benefits for programme participants.
- Training and Development: Deliver presentations and training to stakeholders and external candidates on unconscious bias awareness and other relevant topics.
- Pastoral Care: Provide pastoral care for placement students, ensuring they have a challenging and relevant placement experience.
Requirements:
- Drive and Dedication: Demonstrate a strong drive and dedication to succeed in early careers recruitment, with the ability to travel and work at pace.
- Early Careers Recruitment Experience: Possess experience and understanding of early careers recruitment, including annual volume rotation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- HR/Onsite Experience: Possess previous HR/onsite experience within a recruitment/resourcing function.
