Job Overview:

We're seeking an exceptional Personalised Health and Nutrition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, along with certification as a health coach or nutritionist and experience in health coaching or nutrition counselling.

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of nutrition science to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health, nutritional habits, and lifestyle choices to develop tailored wellness plans.
  • Provide evidence-based nutrition and dietary advice to clients, focusing on improving health outcomes and promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Support clients in setting and achieving health and wellness goals through motivational coaching, behaviour change techniques, and ongoing support.
  • Design and implement personalised health and nutrition programs that align with clients' needs and our company's offerings.
  • Educate clients on nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle choices.
  • Track clients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as necessary to optimise outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, progress, and program outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or a related field; certification as a health coach or nutritionist is preferred.
  • Previous experience in health coaching, nutrition counselling, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex nutritional concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate them towards achieving their health goals.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate documentation.
