Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing business, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join their team. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to develop and implement business strategies
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a CFO or equivalent role in a manufacturing or related industry
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with financial systems, including ERP and accounting software
