Preventative Maintenance Engineer

Moulton Bulb Co. Ltd invites applications from highly skilled Production Line Supervisors to oversee the efficient operation of its NIR Grader and Packhouse machinery.
As a key member of the production team, you will collaborate with Grader Technicians and Line Leaders to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally during night shifts. Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will contribute to the optimization of engineering purchases and minimize downtime due to equipment failures.
Responsibilities will include overseeing the automated wash cycle in the grader, supervising contract cleaners, and conducting regular planned preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of responsible working practices among team members will be essential.
