The Role:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Kitchen Team at Boom Battle Bar. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and providing exceptional support to our Front of House Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Kitchen Team to achieve exceptional results and high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
