Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dairy Farm Manager to join our team at REAL Success Ltd. As a key member of our farm management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our dairy herd, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the dairy team with day-to-day duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the farm

• Take control of the farm in the absence of the farm manager, making key decisions to ensure the continued success of the business

• Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment and Lely robots, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency

• Liaise with veterinarians, nutritionists, and consultants to ensure the best possible outcomes for the herd

• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in dairy farming and agriculture

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make key decisions in a fast-paced environment
