Job Summary: As a London Retail Sales Manager at Páramo Directional Clothing, you will be responsible for managing the store, driving profitability, efficiency, and sales growth. You will provide clear leadership to the store team, implementing the brand's store sales and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include analysing store performance, providing guidance, assisting with sales and marketing efforts, overseeing shop processes, and recruiting team members. The ideal candidate must be able to work Saturdays on a rota basis and possess a strong drive to achieve results, with experience in retail sales and visual merchandising.

Salary: Estimated £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including developing and executing promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  4. Oversee shop processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations that meet the needs of customers and employees alike.
  5. Recruit and train new team members, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the store.
