* Market Monitoring: Track market activities to detect irregularities and anomalies.

* Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into potential misconduct, such as insider trading.

* Business Support: Collaborate with our market surveillance projects to ensure seamless execution.

* Audit & Regulatory Support: Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

* Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reports to regulators and stakeholders.

* Controls Implementation: Develop and enforce controls aligned with company standards.

* Data & Model Support: Ensure data quality and model efficiency to inform our surveillance efforts.

As a Surveillance professional, you will be a strategic advisor to senior management, driving initiatives to enhance our market monitoring capabilities. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgeting, policy, and resourcing, ensuring that our surveillance efforts are aligned with company goals. Additionally, you will engage with regulators and advocacy groups to maintain a strong reputation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
