Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading facilities company, covering a large commercial site where you will be responsible for various electrical maintenance and troubleshooting duties.

The shift pattern consists of 4 on 4 off, days and nights, working between the hours of 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am.

  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
  • Carry out training to be able to provide Authorised Person duties.
  • Manage a small shift team consisting of Maintenance Craftsperson's and Maintenance Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including heating and domestic water services, general electrical services, air handling units, low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear, fire alarm systems and emergency lighting, electrical control systems, and building management system.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure all electrical systems are functioning correctly and safely.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of all systems and services.
