As a Care Professional, you will be part of a fantastic team that supports people with learning disabilities to live a full and independent life.

Our Supported Living home in Hitchin provides a safe and supportive environment for our customers, each with their own self-contained flats.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.

Additionally, you will escort and assist our customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.

As a Care Professional, you will also support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of our customers' progress and well-being.

We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone, and a competitive salary with opportunities for career progression.

Requirements:

  • UK manual driving licence
  • Experience in care work or a willingness to start a career in care
