We are seeking a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join our team at Spot., an experienced and client-focused international team of architects based in the UK.

Our practice is known for its innovative and practical approach to design, delivering thoughtful, enduring, and commercially viable buildings across various sectors, including Retail, Mixed Use, Residential, Masterplanning, Commercial & Industrial. This new opening presents an exciting opportunity for a Part 3 Architect / ARB Registered Architect / Recently Qualified Architect ready to take the next step in their career.

As an Architect with Circa 12+ months post Part III experience, you can expect to be an active member of our team, taking responsibility for running fast-paced, live projects and contributing to the development of our practice. You'll be joining a team committed to supporting your development and helping you thrive.

Key Requirements:

  • You should be an organised and motivated Architect with a CV that demonstrates
  • A comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and compliance issues;
  • First-class communication skills (fluent English - written and spoken);
  • The ability to visualise, illustrate, and present ideas clearly;
  • Good technical and practical problem-solving skills;
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibility;
  • Excellent Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup skills;
  • Experience across all RIBA stages and in different sectors.
