Servoca Nursing & Care is a rapidly growing healthcare recruitment company that provides high-quality staff to nursing homes, residential care, and supported living environments. We are currently seeking Home Support Specialists to join our team in Southport and surrounding areas.
As a Home Support Specialist, you will be working in various settings, including residential, respite, community, and supported living environments, supporting adults facing challenges related to autism, learning and/or physical disabilities, mental health, and behavioral difficulties. You will have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, with regular shifts and the option to book in advance.
Our company offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including weekly pay, bank holiday premiums, holiday pay, pension scheme options, free mandatory training, and access to enhanced training for career development.
**Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in adult or children's support settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships
- Experience of individual support planning
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
