Group Bars Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Bars Manager to join our team at the Scotsman Group PLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our bars across Scotland, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize brand and wet sale income through drinks and menu development, pricing, and training.
- Manage and maintain relationships with drinks brands and distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Oversee the implementation of new menu creations, menu maintenance, and database management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of sales data.
- Provide training and support to bar staff, focusing on drinks knowledge, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze stock holding and dead stock, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Assist with the rollout of our new EPOS system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Proven experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of spirits, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
