What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. You will actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  1. Provide support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors. Research complex situations and support participants with operations.
  2. Support business development teams to expand acceptance. Onboard new franchises, issuers, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network.
  3. Support participants through the semi-annual release process. Engage participants to support network initiatives.
  4. Analyze end to end transaction processing, troubleshoot issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Experience in Payments, financial services, or related field
  • In lieu of education, experience in Payments, financial services, or related field
