Key Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen team in all aspects of food production, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Develop and implement menus and daily specials, aligning with company guidelines.
- Manage the kitchen team's preparation of meals, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels, manage stock orders, and conduct weekly stock counts to optimize profitability.
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are maintained to the highest food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve exceptional service and sales standards.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, with a strong track record of team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and profit growth.
- Ability to write and cost menus using fresh ingredients.
- Passion for delivering exceptional quality food and service.
