As a live-out nanny for an esteemed UHNW family in Notting Hill, you will play a vital role in the care and development of two children and two trained dogs. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic household that values flexibility and dedication.

Key Details:

  • Live-out position with flexible hours
  • Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 20:00, with reduced hours during school term time
  • Saturday and Sunday days off
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays (lieu time if needed)
  • Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus discretionary annual bonus
  • Location: Notting Hill

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of four years' experience as a nanny, preferably in a high-calibre household
  • A strong desire to stay long-term with the family
  • Experience supporting one family for 2-3 years, ideally with a similar age range
  • Previous experience working in UHNW households is highly beneficial
  • A minimum of three A-levels or equivalent qualifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Caring for the children's needs, welfare, development, and health and safety
  • Assisting with homework, food preparation, and collecting children from school
  • Managing the diary, planning arts and crafts activities, and coordinating alternative arrangements
  • Maintaining the playroom and bedrooms in a tidy condition
  • Accompanying the family on travel occasions and collaborating with the live-in nanny
  • Shopping and working closely with the mother to enhance the children's social and academic development
  • Collaborating with the Private PA to schedule appointments and pack essentials

This role requires a proactive, flexible, and dedicated individual who prioritises the children's well-being above all else. The family is young, dynamic, and extremely busy, necessitating a like-minded professional who shares their values.
