About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
  • Set up, service, and clear areas with meticulous attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to deliver high-quality events
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and politeness at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to listen carefully and take instructions
  • Food Safety at Level 2 and Health & Safety at Level 2 certificates (or willingness to obtain)
