Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and be responsible for their commercial performance
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams
  • Coach and develop your team, including apprentices, to ensure successful financial project completion while mitigating company exposure to risk
  • Manage change effectively, make decisions with confidence, and handle ambiguity with ease
  • Manage multiple priorities, using exceptional planning, organisational, and leadership skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor managing projects from £100k to £10m
  • RICS accredited or actively working towards accreditation
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial risk
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver on large commercial projects
