Milnbank Housing Association is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Asset Management Strategy, overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking Asset Management Strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient homes for our tenants.
  • Manage planned and responsive repairs, as well as voids services, within a framework that emphasizes value for money.
  • Provide expert advice to the Leadership Team and Management Committee on stock condition surveys and appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with all property safety requirements and play a key role in financial planning related to asset management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and the local community.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in asset management and a strong grasp of financial and risk management.
  • Ability to inspire and manage a team, fostering a performance-driven culture that aligns with the Association's broader strategic objectives.
