About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ballachulish and Isles of Glencoe properties. This dual-site role requires a hands-on individual who can maintain high standards of hotel facilities, addressing day-to-day repairs and guest issues. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities, including painting, plumbing, and power washing
• Ensure seamless guest experience by promptly addressing any concerns or issues
• Foster a motivated and confident team through leadership and guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement solutions for improvement
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
