Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Practice Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a consulting staff role, with a strong passion for the Public Sector Practice Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate business development and growth initiatives across the region
  • Manage people processes, including talent development and performance management
  • Drive affiliation, learning, and development within the Practice Area
  • Contribute to PA communications and marketing efforts
  • Support PA meetings and events
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in a consulting staff role
  • Strong performance in a PL or Pr role preferred
  • Passion for and experience in 1+ sectors of the Public Sector PA a plus
  • Ability to lead complex projects and teams independently
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
Working Collaboratively

You will work closely with the EMESA Regional Practice Area Leader and their leadership team to set the strategic agenda and drive implementation. Collaboration with teams within the global PSPA will also be essential.
