Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 12-week temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our field managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll submissions, on-call rotas, and holiday pay arrangements for engineers
  • Maintaining an up-to-date regional calendar
  • Generating staff sickness reports and filing HR documents
  • Note-taking during disciplinary proceedings

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A reliable means of transport, as the office location is not accessible by public transport
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with administrative software
