About the Role
We are seeking a committed and motivated Registered General Nurse to join our Staff Bank at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment of care needs and development of programmes of care
- Implementation and evaluation of care programmes
- Supervision of qualified and/or unqualified staff
Person Specification
- Registered 1st level or equivalent as verified by the NMC
- Able to take on board new ideas, skills and knowledge
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective interpersonal skills
