Key Responsibilities
  • Manage golf operations, including tee-time management, golf shop operations, and overseeing golf staff.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the golf course is in excellent playing condition.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance golf operations and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote golf events, memberships, and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and vendors to enhance the overall golf experience.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in golf operations management, ideally in a similar role within the golf industry.
  • A strong passion for golf and a deep understanding of the game.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
