We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiting Team Member at Norton Grange Coastal Village. Located on the picturesque Isle of Wight, this stunning coastal resort offers a unique opportunity for career growth and personal development.

About the Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • To contribute to the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, including receiving and serving guests, managing orders, and handling payments.
  • To assist with training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.
