About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse - RMN to join our team at Kings Norton Hospital in Birmingham. As a member of our passionate team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
- Create individualized care plans for patients and update them daily.
- Safely administer and record medication, and liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitor and develop the performance of support workers, and use a person-centered approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.
- Act as Primary Nurse, taking overall responsibility for the nursing residents receive, through nursing assessments and care planning.
- Contribute towards MDT working, risk assessment management, and ongoing clinical improvement.
- Provide written nursing reports for statutory and clinical review processes.
