About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Medical Equipment Servicer to join our service team at Interaction - Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, evaluating and fault-finding ultrasound transducers, and performing level 1 repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance across the UK
  • Evaluating and fault-finding ultrasound transducers
  • Performing level 1 repairs including lens replacements, strain relief replacements, cable repairs, and case & connector refurbishment
  • Providing advice and support to internal and external customers
  • Producing administrative reports of maintenance activities
  • Supporting service engineers with ad hoc service repairs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
  • Reviewing and updating Maintenance Schedule

Requirements:

  • Able to work methodically until the end result is achieved
  • Happy to work in isolation but also as part of a team
  • Organized and able to work on your own initiative
  • Holds a full, clean driving licence
  • Willing and able to stay overnight to meet client requirements
