A seasoned marketing professional is sought to lead our Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) team as Head of Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the team, working closely with Divisional Boards and senior marketing team members to drive the development of our digital platforms and marketing technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform our CRM system 'Connect' (Microsoft Dynamics) into a fully integrated contact management and pipeline system.
  • Manage web project development, including product development, user experience (UX) design oversight, content migration, and site architecture creation.
  • Develop and execute a strategy across all digital channels, including CPC, social media, email, SEO, website, CRM, and LiveChat.
  • Oversee digital content delivery and ensure all templates and content output align with the Carter Jonas brand and values.
  • Lead a small but high-performing CRM and digital team, representing the team on project updates related to CRM and digital to the Management and Divisional Boards.
  • Manage digital budget lines, including budget planning, management, and forecasting.
  • Manage multiple agencies for campaign delivery, data-gathering, and digital product development, including contract negotiation and renewals.
  • Analyze and review existing marketing operations processes, identifying gaps or efficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Manage complex integrations between Connect and marketing platforms to ensure efficient and effective use of contact data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading marketing technology projects and strategic initiatives, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and social media channels. They will be a self-starter, able to multitask and oversee complex projects, manage key stakeholder relationships, and be creative in their approach to tasks.
