Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Team in Dorset Council. As a Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of vulnerable adults, completing reviews and assessments, and working closely with other agencies to ensure their protection and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Load Management
Completing reviews and assessments
Working alongside other agencies
Promoting service users' choices, control, and independence
Supporting service users to live safely and independently in their own homes
Requirements:
Post-qualifying experience of working as a Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Team within the UK Social Care industry
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
Eligibility to work in the UK
