We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dedicated team at Apex Waterloo Place Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of service to our guests across various areas of the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, conference facilities, and room service. Your warm welcome and infectious smile will make our guests feel valued and cared for.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. With a genuine passion for food and drink, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere in all areas of the hotel.
  • Maintain knowledge of menus and food and alcohol standards to recommend and serve high-quality beverages and cuisine.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
