Premier Education is recruiting a Playwork Professional to lead our play-based initiatives and promote children's social, emotional, and physical development. As a key member of our team, you will create a safe and engaging environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and physical activity.
You will work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to develop and implement play-based programs that meet the needs of our young learners. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
With a competitive salary of £12.00-£13.00 per hour, you'll be able to grow professionally while contributing to the Premier Education community. Our benefits package includes childcare support, company pension scheme, and free parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement play-based programs.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime.
- Foster positive relationships with children and parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children (preferred).
- A relevant qualification in childcare or education (minimum level 2 required).
