Job ResponsibilitiesAs a newly qualified nurse, you will be responsible for providing care tailored to your chosen pathway, identifying your strengths and areas for growth. You will practice in accordance with the NMC Code (2018) and be fully prepared for your first NMC Revalidation in three years. You will work in a dynamic, supportive team, utilizing our state-of-the-art educational facilities and benefiting from our comprehensive preceptorship programme.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for nurses who have completed their nurse training programme and are due to qualify between January 2025 and June 2025. You will need to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, be resourceful and able to work on your own initiatives, and be precise and methodical in your working practice. Evidence of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary team is desirable.
