Mechanical Process Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Process Design Engineer to join our Water Division in Syracuse, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing process mechanical portions of projects, analyzing data, and developing project documents.
Key Responsibilities- Design process mechanical portions of projects, following relevant codes and standards.
- Analyze and interpret reports, drawings, and data to inform project planning and design.
- Develop project documents, including specifications and procurement documents.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Participate in quality review processes and provide quality work to lead engineers and project managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 15+ years of experience in Wastewater Treatment engineering design.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD Plant 3D/Revit MEP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
