Pool Instructor Trainer

Nuffield Health Twickenham Gym | Pool | Bank | Part Time seeks a skilled and ambitious Pool Instructor Trainer to join our team. As a Pool Instructor Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and teaching, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and challenging swimming lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to swimmers to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to promote our facilities and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer progress and provide regular feedback
You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £22.00 per hour, depending on experience, and enjoy a range of benefits, including access to our pension scheme, discounted gym membership, and holiday time in line with the Working Time Directive.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a strong coaching and teaching background.
