About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Policy Manager for Teacher & Leader Professional Development to join our team on a full-time, six month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of policies and strategies for teacher and leader professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of policies and strategies for teacher and leader professional development
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address gaps in teacher and leader professional development
- Analyze data and research to inform policy decisions

What We Offer

- Salary of £47,500 - £50,500 per annum (pro rata)
- Flexible start and end working times (core hours between 10am and 4pm)
