What We're Looking For

This role will oversee the implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The successful candidate will manage project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication. Working closely with the finance team and other key functions, you will ensure the project is delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with the system provider and the Integration Director as part of the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project planning: Develop and manage the detailed project plan, including resource allocation, cost management, and project scheduling.
  • Project execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, including business requirement gathering, supplier design validation, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment.
  • Team coordination: Coordinate with the supplier, finance team, and business stakeholders, including capacity planning, project action management, deadline management, risk escalation, and additional support.
  • Risk management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Documentation: Ensure all project and system documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
  • Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Change management: Manage change requests related to the project and facilitate them as required.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong program management skills, including creating and executing project plans, defining management principles, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of financial and project management processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Netsuite and Workday.
