An award-winning Main Contractor operating across multiple sectors is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Bid Manager.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to drive growth and success in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective proposals
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business success
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track business development progress and performance
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in business development and bid management within a construction or related industry
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative
- Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or construction management
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £90,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, healthcare, and pension.
