We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Nurse to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • To contribute to the development of quality assurance processes and standards within the team
  • To collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs
  • To lead and manage the community nursing team, ensuring effective care delivery to patients in their own homes

Person Specification:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in caseload management and prioritisation

Salary: £34,411 - £45,592 per annum (dependent on experience)
