We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Electrical Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works, such as fault finding and repair, door entry and auto door control systems, emergency & non-emergency lighting fault finding/repair and replacement, lamp changing, replacement socket outlets and other face plates, BMS and heating controls fault finding/repair and replacement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, a solid understanding of commercial electrical systems, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a full UK driving license and opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Please find below the key responsibilities and requirements for this position:

  • To carry out PPM tasks, such as emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, distribution board checks, RCBO/RCD testing, fixed wire testing, tap temperature testing and flushing, Fan Coil servicing, AC/AHU filter replacement and cleaning, functional testing and visual inspection of equipment.
  • To provide detailed and accurate reports for any remedial works required whilst attending site.
  • To produce technical and situational reports as required.
